The Helios Medical Centre’s list is open to new patients who are living within the practice area (see Practice Area). To register with the practice please visit the surgery to pick up a registration form, you must provide proof of ID and address when registering. If you are over 45 years of age, the surgery offers a New Patient Check with the Practice Nurse.
